Your facility is magnificent ... sumptuous interiors and furnishings ... both beautiful and atmospheric. All of our guests were very impressed with the magnificence of the rooms. The care you took to insure that every detail was attended to, including the gorgeous floral displays in all of the rooms, created a wonderful ambiance .. the food was beautifully prepared and presented. I was told repeatedly how delicious everything tasted. Many of our guests were from different parts of the country and the taste sensations provided by your interpretations of French and Louisiana cuisine were the cause of constant marveling and superlatives.
